To Order Online: Simply select the product you like. Simply select "Add to Basket" and follow instructions to checkout and process your order. For rings select the size during the checkout process.

Orders are delivered within 3 to 10 days, depending where you are located at. Look here for delivery details of your country.

Customer Account

For the first time shopping we ask you to creat a customer account with your name, adress and e-mail Address. You can start this process of registration here: Yes, I like MiaDeRoca! or in the right column click "Create Account".

For your next shopping at MiaDeRoca you can login to your account with e-mail address and password. If you have forgotten your password, use the link Forgotten Password or in the right column click "Forgotten Password".

When logged in, you can add products to your shopping basket, and come back at a later time to finalize the checkout process. All products remain in your shopping basket until you have checked them out, or removed the products.

Payment

We provide two payment services: PayPal and prepayment via your banking account.

Prepayment via your banking account: If you choose prepayment (cash in advance) as method of payment, we offer you a gift voucher of 3% of the value of your order. You will receive the voucher via e-mail after expiration of the 14-days cancellation period. Your order will be delivered after payment receipt. (You will find our bank details in the acknowledgement e-mail after your order).

PayPal: You pay directly at paypal, either using an existing paypal account or by creating one, you can use paypal for free. Via PayPal you can buy by credit card or bank account. During the checkout process you are led to the PayPal Website for payment. After finsihing the payment process at PayPal the MiaDeRoca Website loads again, to show you have sucessfully check-out.
