anthracite - a dark grey, mottled of black, lightgrey and grey
blue-mottled - 100% merino wool mottled between fog and tarn blue
white-mottled - egg shell with a little brown, perfect for thick warm socks
brown-mottled - a great colour to combine with others
dark green - deep fir green
The wool is 100% pure new wool, about 240m running meter, perfect for needle size 3 - 3.5. The wool is with trifold yarn and you can crochet it easily with bigger needles as well, 4 is ideal, but needle size 5 and 7 do produce nice shawls and granny squares. The fine yarn does well on knitting needles 7 and produces a nice shape and texture. And the ideal of the wool: perfect for felting. Be it for a gorgeous felting bag or the sleeve of your iPod or a felted bangle.
Best handwash up to 30 degrees, can be dry cleaned as well.
The wool is milled by a family owned spinning mill in Lungau, the south of Salzburg. For over 100 years this family business has its tradition of working with sheep wool.
